A single towel rail is one horizontal bar on the wall. It is the standard bathroom fitting and the one most people fit without thinking about it, but the length matters more than it looks.
The range comes in 600mm and 750mm, from the Mica, Mica Fluted, Mica Heritage, Milos and Supra ranges, in the same finishes as the rest of those ranges.
600mm or 750mm single towel rail
Work from towels, not wall space. A bath sheet folded in half needs roughly 350mm of rail to hang without touching its neighbour. So a 600mm rail takes one bath towel comfortably, or one towel and a hand towel. A 750mm rail takes two bath towels if you fold them lengthways, but they will sit close together.
That is the practical limit of a single rail, and it is why most bathrooms end up with either two single rails on different walls or one double rail. Two people who each shower daily need more hanging length than one bar provides.
Height is worth getting right too. Around 1200mm from the floor to the rail suits most people — high enough that a bath sheet does not touch the floor, low enough to reach from the bath.
Leave at least 100mm clear at each end so the towel does not brush the wall or the door architrave, and check what is behind the wall before drilling into tile.
