Fitting out an accessible bathroom is a different job from fitting out a domestic one. The products have to take load, they have to be usable without a firm grip, and in a commercial or care setting they have to satisfy a certifier as well as the person using them.

What makes these different
Load. A grab rail, a seat or a back rest carries a person's full weight. The fixing behind the wall matters as much as the fitting itself, which means solid backing has to go in before the wall is lined. This is the single most common failure in a retrofit.
Operation. Care tapware uses an extended lever that can be worked with a forearm or a closed hand. Flush plates are large or sensor-operated rather than a small button. Dispensers are lever or sensor rather than push.
Height and reach. Pans sit higher than a standard toilet. Basins are wall-hung so a wheelchair can get underneath. Everything has to be reachable from a seated position.
