Frameless Bathroom Mirrors

A frameless mirror has no border at all — just polished glass fixed flat to the wall. It is the quietest mirror you can put in a bathroom, and in a small room that matters, because a frame adds a visual edge that makes the wall feel smaller than it is.

When frameless is the right choice

Three situations. A small bathroom, where anything that adds an outline works against you. A room with strong tile — a marble-look or a heavily veined porcelain already has plenty going on, and a framed mirror competes with it. And a mixed-finish room, where the tapware is one metal and the light fitting another; no frame means no third metal to reconcile.

The backlit versions are frameless by nature, because the light escaping behind the glass forms the outline instead. That gives you the edge definition a frame would provide, without anything physically there.

The trade-off is that a frameless mirror shows the wall behind it. Any bow in the plasterboard or a lippy tile will read in the reflection along the edge, so it is worth checking the wall is flat before fixing.
