Description
The SORRENTO Free Standing Bath Tub is the long soak of the range: a full oval offered at 1600, 1700 and 1800mm, with the 1800 giving stretch-out room that shorter baths cannot. It is also fitted with an overflow, which most freestanding baths leave out.
Three lengths, two widths
The 1600 and 1800 are 800mm wide; the 1700 slims to 720mm for rooms where the extra 80mm matters. All three stand 580mm tall, with the bowl running about 430mm deep inside.
The overflow
An overflow drains water away before it reaches the rim if the taps are left running. On a freestanding bath that is a rare fitting, and worth having where children use the bath.
Build and finish
The shell is UV stabilised premium sanitary-grade acrylic with Lucite MMA on a built-in steel support frame with adjustable self-supporting feet, finished in Gloss White. The waste is sold separately.
