The wall-spout combo comes with a 185mm spout. This is the swap, in the same curved profile.

Spout reach is decided by the basin, not the tap: a bowl set back on a deep vanity wants the longer spout, and a shallow basin close to the wall wants the shorter one.
Fits what is already in the wall
It fits the wall-spout combo body already installed, so the projection can be corrected without opening the wall. Choose the length above, then the finish.
