Start coarse when the surface needs reshaping

The #35–40 grade is intended for high spots, proud form lines and thicker compatible residue. Lower grit numbers cut more aggressively and leave a stronger scratch pattern, so this wheel is best treated as the first stage of a multi-step finish rather than the last pass.

Choose the right option

Choose a 125mm six-segment, 125mm seven-segment or 178mm seven-segment option. Follow with a finer cup or polishing disc if the surface will remain exposed or receive a thin finish.
