Diamond Flap Disc 100mm And 115mm is a tile stone polishing disc range for progressing from edge shaping to a finer finish on compatible hard surfaces.

Build the finish through three grit stages

Choose 100 grit for initial shaping and scratch removal, 200 grit to refine the first pass, and 400 grit for a smoother final stage. The overlapping flap format follows edges and slight contours more readily than a rigid cup wheel, making it useful for mitres, cut edges and localised surface work.

Choose the right option

Both 100mm and 115mm diameters are available in all three grits. Match the disc size and speed to the grinder, then work through consecutive grits rather than expecting the finest disc to remove deep marks.
