A retrofit rail shower runs off the wall outlet already there, so an overhead can be added without opening the wall or disturbing the tiling.

The adjustable top fixing is the part that matters in a retrofit: it lets the upper bracket land on a stud or a tile join that already exists, rather than forcing a fixing where nothing will hold.
Two ratings, two outlets
The overhead shower is rated WELS 3 Star at 8.5 L/min and the hand shower WELS 5 Star at 6 L/min, under WELS registration S16822.
