Oval Mirrors

An oval mirror sits between a round one and a rectangle. It gives you the soft edge of a circle without losing the height a circle costs you, which is why it works so well above a narrow basin where a round mirror would leave you looking at your own chin.

Choosing an oval mirror for a bathroom

The frame does more here than on a rectangle. A thin gold or rose gold ring around an oval reads as a piece of furniture rather than a bathroom fitting, which is the point for a lot of people.
