Tile Sample Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to get my sample?
Delivery of tile samples generally takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the postal or courier service used. Regional or remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times.
Will the samples be the exact same as when I order?
Samples are taken from our current tile stock, but please note that shade and pattern variations can occur between production batches. This means your sample may differ slightly from the tiles supplied in your final order.
What size are the samples?
Our samples are available exclusively from our tile range and are supplied as small cut pieces of the selected tile. Sizes typically range between 100 × 100 mm, 100 × 120 mm and 120 × 150 mm, giving you a practical way to view the colour and finish in person before making your final choice.
Can I order more than 1 sample?
Yes, you’re welcome to order multiple samples to compare different styles and finishes. Depending on postage requirements and package sizes, your samples may be shipped in separate parcels. We encourage you to order as many as needed to help make the best decision for your project. Once you place your tile order, we’ll credit the full amount you spent on tile samples back to your purchase.
